2. How can we book you?

We would love to hear more about your wedding, so please send an inquiry through the contact tab on our website. We respond within 24 hours. We offer in-person or Zoom consultations to discuss the booking. All bookings are only finalised when a non-refundable deposit is paid in full, along with a signed copy of our online contract.

3. When should I book my wedding photographer?

Ideally, book us as soon as you have your wedding/event date and venue secured, especially if your wedding/ event falls during a peak season. We accept bookings upto one year in advance.

4. What should be included in my wedding photography contract?

Our contract includes details such as our name, contact information, wedding /event date/s, start and end times, services provided, deliverables (e.g., number of edited photos, albums), payment schedule, cancellation policy, and any additional fees.

5. How big is your team?

We are a team of 20+ people consisting of Photographers , Cinematographers, Editors and Designers and capable of handling 3 weddings simultaneously.

6. What questions should I ask potential wedding photographers?

Inquire about our availability, pricing/packages, experience shooting weddings, backup plans in case of emergencies, editing process, and rights to the photos.

7. How many hours of coverage do I need for my wedding?

The number of hours depends on your wedding timeline and events. Discuss your schedule with us to determine the appropriate coverage to capture all the important moments.

8. How long does it take to receive my wedding photos?

Delivery times vary but we will indicate the typical turnaround time for editing and receiving the final photos based on your requirements.

9. Do I need to provide a shot list to the photographer?

While it's helpful to provide a list of must-have shots and important family/group combinations, trust our expertise to capture the essence of your day. We are skilled in documenting weddings/events and know which moments to prioritize.

10. Where are you based and do you travel for weddings?

While we are based out of Chennai , India , we serve clients all around the world, We love destination weddings and have been lucky enough to travel all over the world documenting our couples. Each wedding has been a unique and precious experience. Send us more information on your plans and we will create a custom wedding collection to suit your needs.

11. Do you offer pre wedding photo shoots?

Yes we do, We currently provide pre-wedding photo shoot and film services to couples who are interested.

12. What is your turnaround time?

We know waiting for the wedding deliverables is really difficult. We deliver the photos and films while the excitement is fresh with each and every image professionally edited.
Usual delivery timelines are 4-6 weeks for photographs and 8-12 weeks for films.

13. How do we receive our photos and films?

When the editing is complete, we upload the images and films to a password-protected online link and send it to you via email. You can share the link with friends and family, so they can view your photos and films. You can also download the whole gallery of images and films to your computer.

14. Do you make albums too?

Absolutely, you can select from our album collection that has beautiful wedding albums that are generally 14×10 or 16×12 in size. Many people decide to get one after their wedding too which is perfectly fine. We have an in-house designer who takes care of the designing process once the selection of images have been done by you.

15. What happens if we have to reschedule our wedding/event?

The retainer is a non-refundable payment made as part of the booking confirmation along with a signed contract) If you cancel the contract, you forfeit the retainer. The retainer cannot be transferred to another date or client.

16. We are awkward in from of the camera so will you capture good photos of us?

The couples we have worked with in the past were not models and for many of them it was their first experience being photographed by a professional photographer. Yet, if you look through our portfolio, they look comfortable in front of the camera,  because we have developed techniques to help ease our couples into feeling and looking authentic. We attribute this success to our approach in working closely with each couple to understand their relationship and help them choose a meaningful experience for the shoot. When a couple is engaged in an activity that they love to do together, they naturally forget that they’re being photographed. This is the goal for each shoot. We don’t coach our couples into unnatural poses, but we will give them little prompts to style their shoot. Our directions are small and simple, as we like to allow you to interpret the prompts in your own way that feels natural. Our prompts are ways to get you to interact with each other. Some couples may need more prompts than others, and that’s okay.

17. How do you work?

Our style is very versatile from beautiful bridal portraits to capturing crazy, emotional and fun moments. We work very discreetly anticipating the right moment to shoot and capturing real moments that can’t happen again.

18. How many photographs do we receive?

We typically deliver between 300-400 images from your wedding day. We edit every single image from your wedding day, and make sure that you receive only the highest quality of images.
