We are seeking a skilled and creative Photo Editor and Retoucher to join our team. As a Photo Editor and Retoucher, you will be responsible for enhancing and retouching a variety of digital images to meet specific requirements. This role requires a keen eye for detail, artistic proficiency, and technical expertise in using editing software.
Responsibilities:
- Edit and retouch digital images according to company guidelines and client specifications.
- Enhance photos to achieve desired colors, tones, and textures.
- Correct lighting, remove blemishes, and ensure high-quality final products.
-Select the best images from each event for editing/ retouching
- Maintain organized files of edited photos for future reference.
- Ensure all edited photos are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in photo editing and retouching techniques.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Photo Editor or similar role in a professional environment.
- Solid knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop and Lightroom.
- Strong understanding of color correction, image manipulation, and enhancement techniques.
- Ability to work with raw image formats and deliver polished, final images.
- Excellent attention to detail and creative thinking skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
- A portfolio showcasing previous work in photo editing and retouching.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Photography/Visual Arts/Digital Media
- Experience working with a variety of photography genres (e.g., wedding, fashion, product, portrait).
- Familiarity with video editing software and techniques.

- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, industry influencers, and key strategic partners.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop promotional strategies and campaigns.
- Prepare and present proposals, presentations, and sales contracts.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Willingness to travel and work in a fast-paced environment.
